All of the work inside TIA is primarily focused on you but partner participation is required for optimal results.
Your patner won't attend the the women's only group calls or get private coaching, but they will be required to set up a weekly ritual with you to do exercises and talk about the coursework.
If your partner is not supportive or willing to participate in the exercises with you, it will be impossible to make progress.
Make sure that your partner is supportive before applying.
(And... if your partner isn't supportive of you doing this work or doing the work together, you might be in the wrong relationship...)
Every group call will be recorded and available for replay, so you’ll always have access to the curriculum and can watch on your own time and what works best for your schedule.
Absolutely. All of 1:1 success coaches in this program have direct experience working with trauma and trauma-informed training, so anything that comes up in the program will be met with support.
That being said, if you do have extensive trauma history that you're having severe reactions to, we recommend you work with an additional therapist in tandem as trauma-healing is not the focus of this program.
